摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of modified anolateral combined with modified posterior medial approach in patients with three ankle fractures.Method:80 patients admitted to Guiqian International Hospital from June 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent conventional posterolateral approach assisted posterior medial incision treatment, and the observation group underwent modified anterolateral combined with modified posterior medial approach instrumexy. The perioperative indicators, reduction quality, ankle function, ankle stability, and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The perioperative indicators in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the reduction rate, the scores of American association, ankle and hind foot function, and Baird-Jackson scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified anolateral fixation combined with modified medial approach can improve the reduction quality and ankle function, enhance ankle stability, reduce complications and promote postoperative recovery.关键词
