Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of self-made Bushen Yiqi decoction on patients with bronchial asthma(BA)complicated with cough.Method:60 patients with BA and cough were selected from Nanping Jianyang First Hospital.According to the randomization grouping method,they were divided into two groups,including 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was given budesonide inhalation powder for aerosol inhalation treatment and took theophylline sustained-release tablets orally,whereas the observation group was added with self-made Bushen Yiqi decoction on the basis of the treatment regimen in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated.The lung function indexes and immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM)before and after treatment,asthma control evaluation after treatment and adverse effects during treatment were detected and compared between groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were increased after treatment and during follow-up investigation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment and during follow-up,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were increased in both groups,and the increases in observation group were greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the BA control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Bushen Yiqi decoction has a prominent therapeutic effect on BA with cough.It can enhance the control of asthma and improve the immune function.It does not affect the improvement of lung function by western medicine and the combined therapy has good safety.关键词
