摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of modified Sini decoction for blood pressure fluctuation and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)of patients with primary hypertension.Method:A total of 80 patients with essential hypertension admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to December 2023 were studied.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment for hypertension,while the observation group was treated with Sini decoction on the basis of the control group.The control effect of essential hypertension,the scores of hypertension-related syndroms before and after treatment,the indexes of blood pressure fluctuation(systolic and diastolic variability)and RAAS[serum angiotensin-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ),renin activity(PRA)and aldosterone(ALD)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of essential hypertension control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the comparisoon of the scores of hypertension-related syndrome,blood pressure fluctuation index and RAAS index between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the scores of hypertension-related syndrome,blood pressure fluctuation index and RAAS index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sini decoction has a good effect on blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension,and can significantly improve blood pressure fluctuation and RAAS status.关键词
