Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of different hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function.Method:From January 2023 to December 2023,80 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Macheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with open tension-free hernia repair,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair.The surgical conditions,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],immune function(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the operation time,hospitalization time and postoperative autonomic activity time of the observation group were shorter,the intraoperative blood loss,VAS score and total incidence of postoperative complications were lower,but the cost of treatment is higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,compared with the control group,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-1βand CD8+in the observation group were lower,and the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open tension-free hernia repair,laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair produces less trauma,less postoperative inflammation,improves immune function,reduces postoperative complications,and is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients.关键词
