补肾清热活血方联合盆底仿生物电刺激对宫腔粘连术后肾虚血瘀型患者的效果
Effect of Bushen Qingrehuoxue Recipe Combined with Pelvic Floor Bioelectric Stimulation on Patients with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis after Intrauterine Adhesion

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Qingrehuoxue recipe combined with pelvic floor bioelectric stimulation on patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after intrauterine adhesion.Method:60 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after intrauterine adhesion surgery who were treated in Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given quasi-bioelectric stimulation of pelvic floor,and the observation group was given Bushen Qingrehuoxue recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The changes of pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI),endometrial thickness,malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of PI,RI and endometrial thickness in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of MDA and SOD in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Qingrehuoxue recipe has definite effect on patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after intrauterine adhesion.It can increase endometrial thickness,improve blood flow,regulate oxidative stress and inhibit inflammation.关键词
