Abstract
Objective:To explore the postoperative effect of precision care in patients with distal radius fracture.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Xiangcheng People's Hospital of Suzhou from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into precision nursing group(43 cases)and routine nursing group(37 cases).The conventional care group received the routine care after the distal radius fracture,while the precision care group received the orthopaedic damage control precision care under the motivational behavior transformation rehabilitation model.The postoperative recovery conditions of the two groups were compared:bone healing time,wrist function(Mayo wrist function Score),Numerical Ratings Scale(NRS),forearm range of motion,upper limb function[disabilities of the arm,shoulder and hand(DASH),Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA),arm muscle strength[manual muscle test(MMT)],rehabilitation initiative[Adult Health Self-Management Ability Assessment Scale(AHSMSRS)],mental resilience[Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)]and postoperative complication rate.Result:The bone healing time and NRS score of precision care group were lower than those of conventional care group,and the Mayo wrist function score was higher than that of conventional care group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pronation activity and supination activity in precision care group were higher than those in conventional care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).DASH score of precision nursing group was lower than that of conventional nursing group,and FMA score was higher than that of conventional nursing group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The MMT grade of precision nursing group was higher than that of conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of AHSMSRS and CD-RISC in precision nursing group were higher than those in conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in precision nursing group was lower than that in conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthopaedic damage control precision nursing under the mode of motivational behavior transformation rehabilitation can effectively accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with distal radius fracture,restore arm function,improve rehabilitation enthusiasm and psychological resilience,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
