Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of refined moxibustion at Gaohuang,Yangchi and Zhongwan combined with acupuncture in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.Method:60 patients with supratinatus muscle tendinitis admitted to the Second Hospital Zhangzhou from August 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(acupuncture treatment)and observation group(acupuncture treatment combined with acupuncture treatment)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The pain degree,shoulder joint function and treatment effect were observed.Result:After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and existing pain intensity(PPI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Constant-Murley scale(C-M)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the motion angles of shoulder joint were higher than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with acupuncture at Gaohuang,Yangchi and Zhongwan points has remarkable curative effect on supraspinatus muscle tendinitis,which can improve the pain of patients and is conducive to the recovery of shoulder joint function.关键词
