黄芪止血汤治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果
Effects of Astragalus Hemostatic Tang in Treating Acute Non-Varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Astragalus Hemostatic Tang in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding(ANVUGIB).Method:A total of 100 ANVUGIB patients admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine hemostasis,acid suppression and stomach protection,and the treatment group was treated with Huangqi styptic decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 7 days.The clinical efficacy,hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),serum inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The amount of blood transfusion,the time for occult blood in stool to turn negative,the stable time of blood pressure,the length of hospital stay and the rate of rebleeding.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hb and RBC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood transfusion volume and rebleeding rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of stool occult blood turning negative,blood pressure stabilizing time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus Hemostatic Tang combined with conventional treatment of ANVUGIB has a definite effect,which can effectively improve the degree of anemia in patients,reduce inflammation,shorten the course of disease,reduce the amount of blood transfusion,and reduce the rate of rebleeding.关键词
