Abstract
Objective:To explore the combined effect of nitroglycerin injection and modified Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of acute left heart failure in pulmonary heart disease.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute left heart failure from pulmonary heart disease admitted to Yuyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by touch ball method.with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nitroglycerin injection,while the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin injection+Zhenwu decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of heart function,lung function and blood gas in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of Zhenwu decoction and nitroglycerin injection in patients with acute left heart failure of pulmonary heart disease has significant clinical effect,which can quickly improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients,maintain the normal blood gas index,and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms.关键词
