自拟活血通络方加减联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果
Clinical Effects of Modified Self-Formulated Huoxue Tongluo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture for Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the Clinical Effects of an orally administered,modified self-formulated Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in conjunction with traditional Chinese acupuncture for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 80 LDH patients admitted to Mindon Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical Unversity from July 2021 to November 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 40 cases each group.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules plus acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group was treated with self-formulated Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the basis of it.Before and after treatment,the visual analogue pain scale(VAS),the changes of lumbar,hip and leg infrared thermal imaging values,the Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment score(JOA),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared,and the efficacy was evaluated and the adverse reactions were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and JOA score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference of infrared thermal imaging was more significant in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious symptoms of adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The recent clinical efficacy of the self-formulated Huoxue Tongluo Decoction plus acupuncture and moxibustion on LDH is definite,and it can improve the lumbar pain symptoms of patients on the basis of anti-inflammatory.关键词
