Abstract
Objective:To explore the association between NT-proBNP,cardiac troponin I(cTnI),and D-dimer levels and cardiac function in patients after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:102 AMI patients treated at Suzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and recorded as the observation group, with a concurrent control group of 102 healthy individuals. The primary biomarkers measured were NT-proBNP,cTnI,and D-dimer.Cardiac function was assessed using left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),and cardiac index(CI).The relationship between biochemical markers and cardiac function indices was analyzed and evaluated.Result:In AMI patients, the average levels of NT-proBNP,cTnI,and D-dimer were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).Cardiac function assessments showed that LVEF,CO,and CI were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that the levels of NT-proBNP,cTnI,and D-dimer were negatively correlated with LVEF,CO,and CI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of NT-proBNP,cardiac troponin I,and D-dimer are closely associated with cardiac function impairment following acute myocardial infarction. The elevation of these biomarkers correlates with decreased cardiac function and can serve as important indicators for assessing the cardiac status of AMI patients.Monitoring these markers may help in early identification of patients with impaired cardiac function, providing guidance for clinical management.关键词
