Abstract
Objective:Exploring the safety of the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)with combination therapy for ivafenbredine and enalapril.Method:A total of 120 elderly CHF patients admitted to the Gansu Province Hospital Rehabilitation Center from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into test group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to envelope random method.The control group was treated with enalapril alone,while the experimental group was treated with ivabradine combined with enalapril.The efficacy,cardiac function,inflammatory response and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective total rate of 95.00%in experimental group was higher than 81.67%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,left ventricular PES and FS indexes increased,left ventricular PED,IL-8,Lep and IFN-γ indexes decreased in both groups.The left ventricular PES and FS indexes in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,and left ventricular PED,IL-8,Lep and IFN-γ indexes were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total rate of atrial fibrillation,hyperkalemia and palpitation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of CHF disease in the elderly,ivabradine combined with enalapril has a significant effect,which helps to improve the heart function,reduce the inflammatory response,and has fewer adverse reactions.关键词
