支气管镜麻醉的研究进展
Research Progress in Bronchoscopic Anesthesia
摘要
Abstract
Bronchoscopy,as an endoscopic technique that can directly observe the respiratory tract,has been widely used in clinical practice.Bronchoscopy technology can be used to diagnose and treat lung and airway diseases.Common bronchoscopy can cause severe stress reactions in patients,including coughing,breathless,anxiety,etc.,and even arrhythmia,hypoxemia,etc.With the deepening of comfort medical concepts,the selection of appropriate anesthesia has become a key link of bronchoscopy.In this review,bronchoscopy was performed under local anesthesia,local anesthesia combined with intravenous sedation and analgesia,and general anesthesia,providing reference for the safe implementation of bronchoscopic anesthesia.关键词
