Research Progress of Out-of-Hospital Self-Management in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of the aging of the global population,the incidence,recurrence and mortality of acute coronary syndromes(ACS)are increasing year by year,which has become a major public health problem.The recurrence rate and readmission rate of ACS patients after discharge are high,and effective self-management is the key to secondary prevention of CHD.This paper searched and integrated the relevant literature in the field of ACS health management from 2018 to 2023,and reviewed the status quo,influencing factors and intervention measures of out-of-hospital self-management of discharged ACS patients at home and abroad.关键词
