Abstract
The endometrium undergoes cyclic changes in response to fluctuations in oestrogen and progesterone in the body.When the endometrium is damaged,a thin endometrium is formed,which causes reduced menstrual flow.The incidence of thin endometrium menorrhagia is increasing year by year,affecting women's normal life.However,scientific research and clinical studies have paid more attention to infertility in thin endometrium and neglected the symptom of oligomenorrhea to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper analyses the etiology of oligomenorrhea in thin endometrium from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and modern medicine.At present,there is a lack of uniform standards for the treatment of thin endometrial hypoactive menstruation,and clinically there are Chinese medicine,Western medicine,and Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment and other diagnostic and therapeutic means.In this study,the relevant literature in recent years has been sorted out,and the clinical methods and research progress in the treatment of thin endometrial hypo menstruation in Chinese medicine and modern medicine have been summarised,which is expected to provide a reference basis for clinicians to treat this disease.关键词
