Research Progress of Immunomodulatory Mechanisms in Asthma Complicated with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
摘要
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is prevalent in middle-aged and older adults,often with poor quality of life and predisposing to a variety of lung diseases.Asthma,as a common and complex airway heterogeneity disease,threatens people worldwide.As the probability of asthma combined with COPD is greatly increased compared to the general population,there are numerous associations between the two that deserve to be explored in depth.In this paper,we present a brief review of the current status of asthma combined with COPD and the relationship between abnormal immune responses,especially T lymphocyte subsets,and their occurrence and development.关键词
