Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with humanistic care nursing in spinal tuberculosis patients after surgery.Methods A total of 110 patients with spinal tuberculosis who underwent surgical treatment at Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery concept combined with humanistic care nursing.The postoperative recovery status and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing time,hospitalization time and getting out of bed time in the observation group were shorter or earlier than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After 1 month,2 months and 3 months after discharge,the proportion of patients with intervertebral bone graft fusion reaching grade Ⅱ and the proportion of patients with functional recovery reaching grade Ⅰ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).On the 15th day after surgery and 2 months after discharge,the scores of the Modified Barthel Index,Symptom Checklist-90 and self-made health education scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of the Visual Analogue Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with humanistic care nursing has important application value in the postoperative nursing of patients with spinal tuberculosis,which can promote the recovery of patients,reduce their pain and negative emotions,improve their daily living ability and quality of life,as well as their mastery of health knowledge.关键词
