Abstract
Objective To construct a refined nursing strategy for patients with gestational hypertension based on the imported health education mode,and to explore its application effects.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and an imported health education mode,while the observation group constructed a refined nursing strategy for intervention based on the control group.The diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),psychological status[Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)score],Quality of Life[Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)],and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results On the day before delivery,three days after delivery,and six weeks after delivery,the DBP and SBP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05),and were lower compared to before intervention(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention and 6 weeks after delivery,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group during the same period.The GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05),and the scores of both groups were better than before intervention(all P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress,and eclampsia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the imported health education mode,constructing a refined nursing strategy for intervention in patients with gestational hypertension can alleviate their negative emotions,improve their blood pressure levels and quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
