摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the practice and effect of Internet plus hospital-community nursing in standardized insulin injection at home for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From January to May 2022,80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Jiangsu Province Official Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases).The control group received routine nursing measures to guide insulin injection during hospitalization,and received regular insulin injection health education upon discharge.The study group adopted Internet plus hospital-community nursing based on the method of the control group.The blood glucose indicators,self-care ability,quality of life,and incidence of adverse events related to insulin injection were compared between the two groups.Results After three months of intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of each dimension of the Diabetes Specificity Quality of Life Scale score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The above indicators of both groups were significantly better than before the intervention in the same group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a significantly lower overall incidence of adverse events related to insulin injection during the intervention period(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet plus hospital-community nursing has a prominent effect in the standardized insulin injection at home for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.It can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients while improving the glucose metabolism indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse events related to insulin injection.关键词
