Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of advanced and precise lung care mode and lip reduction-abdominal breathing training in children with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 92 children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure admitted to the inpatient department of the First People's Hospital of Kashgar from March 2023 to January 2024 were divided into two groups using the digital drawing method.The control group(46 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(46 cases)received advanced and precise lung care mode combined with lip reduction-abdominal breathing training for 10 days.The lung function[forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)],blood gas analysis indicators[partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),oxygen saturation(SaO2)],and incidence of complications were compared between the groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of FVC,FEV1,PaO2,and SaO2 between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing for 5 and 10 days,the levels of FVC,FEV1,SaO2,and PaO2 in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The advanced and precise lung care mode combined with lip reduction-abdominal breathing training can better improve the lung function and blood gas analysis indicators of children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
