基于疼痛控制的互动式舒适护理策略在创伤性骨折患儿中的应用OA

Objective To explore the effect of interactive comfort nursing combined with pain control on children with traumatic fractures.Methods A total of 96 children with traumatic fractures admitted to the Second Hospital,University of South China from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 48 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine orthopedic nursing combined with pain control,and on this basis,the observation group received interactive comfort nursing.The recovery related indicators,psychological status,pain degree,stress disorder,and rehabilitation compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had earlier complete pain disappearance time,local swelling disappearance time,and fracture healing time than the control group,shorter hospitalization time,and higher rehabilitation compliance rate than the control group(all P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after surgery,the observation group had lower scores on the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale(SCAS),Children's Depression Inventory(CDI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Self-Rating Scale(PTSD-SS)compared to the control group at the same time(all P<0.05),and both groups had lower scores on the first day after surgery compared to the same group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of interactive comfort nursing combined with pain control on children with traumatic fractures is significant.It can not only improve their psychological status,pain degree,and stress disorder,but also enhance rehabilitation compliance and promote postoperative recovery.
