Abstract
Objective To construct the refined health education and prevention strategy for adverse reactions of CT iodine contrast medium,and to explore its application value.Methods A total of 100 subjects who were to undergo enhanced CT examination at Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)using a simple random number method.The control group received routine education before the examination,while the observation group received refined health education.The completion rate of examination,incidence of adverse reactions,comfort level of examination,and satisfaction rate of examination of the two groups were compared.Results The completion rate of examination was 100.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%in the observation group,which was lower than 20.45%in the control group(P<0.05).The sociocultural,psychological,environmental,and physiological comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 30 minutes after the examination(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of examination was 98.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 84.09%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting refined health education and prevention for adverse reactions of CT iodine contrast medium can improve the completion rate of subjects'examinations,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and help to improve the comfort and satisfaction of examination of subjects.关键词
