Construction and application value of refined health education and prevention strategy for adverse reactions of CT iodine contrast medium
目的 构建CT碘对比剂不良反应的精细化健康宣教及预防策略,并探讨其应用价值.方法 选取江苏省肿瘤医院于2021 年1 月至2023 年 1 月收治的 100 例拟行 CT 增强检查的受试者,使用简单随机数法分为观察组(50 例)和对照组(50 例).对照组在检查前接受常规宣教,观察组则接受精细化健康宣教.对比 2 组的检查完成率、不良反应发生率、检查舒适度及检查满意率.结果 观察组的检查完成率为100.00%,较对照组的88.00%更高(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应发生率为4.00%,较对照组的20.45%更低(P<0.05).观察组在检查后30 min的社会文化、心理、环境和生理舒适度评分均较对照组更高(P均<0.05).观察组的检查满意率为98.00%,较对照组的84.09%更高(P<0.05).结论 针对CT碘对比剂不良反应开展精细化健康宣教和预防,能够提高受试者的检查完成率、降低不良反应发生率,且有助于受试者检查舒适度和满意度的改善.
Objective To construct the refined health education and prevention strategy for adverse reactions of CT iodine contrast medium,and to explore its application value.Methods A total of 100 subjects who were to undergo enhanced CT examination at Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)using a simple random number method.The control group received routine education before the examination,while the observation group received refined health education.The completion rate of examination,incidence of adverse reactions,comfort level of examination,and satisfaction rate of examination of the two groups were compared.Results The completion rate of examination was 100.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%in the observation group,which was lower than 20.45%in the control group(P<0.05).The sociocultural,psychological,environmental,and physiological comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 30 minutes after the examination(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of examination was 98.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 84.09%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting refined health education and prevention for adverse reactions of CT iodine contrast medium can improve the completion rate of subjects'examinations,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and help to improve the comfort and satisfaction of examination of subjects.
