Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of health belief model and respiratory rehabilitation training on the patients receiving chemotherapy after lung cancer surgery.Methods From April 2021 to July 2022,160 postoperative lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy at the 900th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force were enrolled.They were divided into two groups by the use of a random number table.Both patients received routine nursing,while the observation group additionally carried out health belief nursing strategy and respiratory rehabilitation training.The pulmonary function indicators,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)score,Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)score,and cancer-related fatigue(CRF)level were compared between the groups.Results After 8 weeks of nursing,the pulmonary function indicators in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The avoidance and resignation scores of the MCMQ and the CRF score in the observation group were lower,and the confrontation score and the SF-36 item scores were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The above indicators and scores of both groups showed significant change compared with those before nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusion The health belief model can help alleviate the cancer-related fatigue in postoperative lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy,so that they can actively face the disease.In addition,the respiratory rehabilitation training is conducive to improving the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients.关键词
