Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation value and clinical significance of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)combined with information-motivation-behavior(IMB)nursing model in puerperae after cesarean section.Methods A total of 102 women who underwent cesarean section in the obstetrics department of Dongtai People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from May 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(51 cases)and an observation group(51 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received the ERAS concept,while the observation group received the ERAS concept combined with the IMB nursing model.The stress indicators,gastrointestinal recovery,postoperative pain degree,and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results During and after surgery,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)in the observation group were lower or slower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The time of bowel sound recovery,first exhaust and first defecation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the incidence of abdominal distension 24 hours after surgery was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).At 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h after surgery,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ERAS concept and IMB nursing model can have a positive impact on reducing stress response and postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in puerperae after cesarean section.At the same time,it can significantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.关键词
