摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pain intervention based on nursing team strategy in patients undergoing transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy. Methods Eighty patients with ureteral stones who underwent transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy at the Department of Urology, the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of Jinan University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.Based on the random number table method, the included subjects were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing during surgical treatment, while the observation group received pain intervention based on nursing team strategy. The surgical indicators,as well as the changes in physiological stress response and pain score of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results The comparison of surgical time and hospitalization time between the two groups showed that the observation group had a shorter duration. The comparison of gastrointestinal function recovery time showed that the observation group had an earlier duration, and the comparison of intraoperative blood loss showed that the observation group had less bleeding(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of cortisol, malondialdehyde, and superoxide dismutase in the observation group were lower at 24 and 48 hours after surgery(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had better scores in all aspects of the Houston Pain Outcome Instrument at discharge(all P<0.05).The indexes and scores of the two groups at the above time points were better than those before surgery(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain intervention based on nursing team strategy in patients undergoing transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy has significant effects on reducing physiological stress response, controlling pain symptoms, and promoting early recovery of patients.关键词
