Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing based on holistic nursing concept for elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to Zhongshan Hospital,Xiamen University from April 2022 to April 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group in a 1∶1 ratio.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received individualized nursing based on the concept of holistic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the 2nd,3rd,and 7th day of nursing,the Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).After 7 days of nursing,the psychological,physical,cognitive and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).On the 3rd day and 7th day of nursing,the fall efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting individualized nursing based on the concept of holistic nursing for elderly patients with osteoporosis can effectively promote the improvement of their fall efficiency and quality of life,and relieve the degree of pain.关键词
