加速康复外科理念下的阶段式康复护理在半月板损伤患者中的应用
Application of stage-based rehabilitation nursing under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with meniscus injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation effect and value of stage-based rehabilitation nursing under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with meniscus injury.Methods From June 2022 to October 2023,160 patients with meniscus injury admitted to Longgang District People's Hospital in Shenzhen were included.The included samples were divided into two groups based on time period,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received stage-based rehabilitation nursing under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery.The incidence of complications,postoperative recovery,degree of pain,and knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results During the intervention period,the total incidence of complications such as infection and urinary retention in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group(11.25%)(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter postoperative anal exhaust,defecation,first out of bed activity,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(all P<0.05).At 12 hours,24 hours,and 48 hours after surgery,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of both groups decreased compared to 1 hour before surgery,and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).At discharge and one month after discharge,the knee joint range of motion and Lysholm score in both groups increased compared to the day before surgery,and the observation group was better than the control group at the same time,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The stage-based rehabilitation nursing under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery can have a positive impact on reducing complications,shortening postoperative recovery time,reducing pain levels,and improving knee joint function in patients undergoing meniscus injury surgery.关键词
