Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of perioperative health education combined with targeted nursing based on iceberg theory in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients with breast cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and included in the observation group(42 cases)and the control group(42 cases)respectively with the random number table method.All patients received perioperative comprehensive nursing and health education.The observation group additionally used targeted nursing based on iceberg theory.The changes of self-care ability,self-esteem state,and mental status at admission and before discharge were evaluated,and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results The scores and total scores of each dimension of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)and the State Self-Esteem Scale(SSES)of both groups before discharge increased compared to admission,while the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)decreased compared to admission.Moreover,the above scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of perioperative health education,the application of targeted nursing based on iceberg theory is helpful to improve the self-care ability,self-esteem level and mental status of breast cancer patients,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
