基于健康与疾病发育起源理念的饮食干预应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者的效果
Effect of dietary intervention based on DOHaD concept on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of dietary intervention based on the concept of developmental origins of health and disease(DOHaD)on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Wuxi Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into a control group and an observation group by simple random sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine care,and the observation group received dietary intervention based on the DOHaD concept on this basis.The dietary compliance,blood glucose control effectiveness,and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher scores in all dimensions of the dietary compliance scale compared to the control group,and lower levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose compared to the control group.The comparison between the two groups before and after nursing showed that the indicators after nursing were better,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Apgar scores of newborns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1 minute,5 minutes,and 10 minutes after birth,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Applying dietary intervention based on DOHaD concept to patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively improve their diet compliance,reasonably control their blood glucose levels,and further improve the pregnancy outcomes.关键词
