Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of cognitive behavioral theory nursing combined with psychological nursing in patients with primary gout and its impact on their uric acid levels.Methods A total of 94 patients with primary gout who were treated at Foresea Life Insurance Guangzhou General Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were included in the study and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The 47 patients in the control group received routine nursing and psychological nursing,and the 47 patients in the observation group received nursing based on cognitive behavioral theory.The gout knowledge scores,quality of life,uric acid levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were compared between the two groups.Results After two courses of nursing,the gout knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two courses of nursing,the uric acid levels of both groups decreased compared to before nursing,and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate of both groups slowed down compared to before nursing(all P<0.05).In addition,the uric acid level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the observation group was slower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).The scores of physical health,mental health,social health and spiritual/faith health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the above scores of both groups were higher than before nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting cognitive behavioral theory nursing combined with psychological nursing for patients with primary gout can improve their correct understanding of primary gout,reduce the level of uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and improve the quality of life.关键词
