The current situation and influencing factors of presenteeism among junior nurses in operating room

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of presenteeism among junior nurses in operating rooms of 37 tertiary hospitals and above in Yunnan Province,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to investigate 203 junior nurses in operating rooms of 37 tertiary hospitals and above in Yunnan Province using the general information questionnaire and presenteeism questionnaire.Results The average score of presenteeism among junior nurses in operating room was 17.66±3.83 points.The results of multivariate logistic analysis showed that years of work,working hours,perceived work pressure,and whether or not night shifts were all influencing factors of presenteeism among junior nurses in operating room(all P<0.05).Conclusion The presenteeism of junior nurses in operating room is at a medium to high level,and it is necessary for them and their managers to pay attention to and value their physical and mental health,take corresponding measures to avoid the occurrence of presenteeism,and improve the work happiness and nursing quality of junior nurses in the operating room.关键词
