Abstract
Objective To construct a risk model for negative emotions in patients with myocardial infarction after coronary intervention, develop nursing strategies based on the model, and observe the application effects. Methods A total of 177 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to Nantong Haimen People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into an occurrence group(53 cases)and a non occurrence group(124 cases)according to the occurrence of negative emotions after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).By comparing the clinical data of the two groups, the multi-factor logistic regression model was used to summarize the relevant factors affecting the negative emotions of patients after PCI and establish a risk model.Based on the analysis of risk factors, nursing strategies were developed, and 120 myocardial infarction patients admitted from July 2023 to March 2024 were included in the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases),respectively. Both groups received routine nursing, while the observation group received nursing strategies based on the risk model. The changes of psychological state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of negative emotions was compared. Results Among 177 patients with myocardial infarction, the total incidence of negative emotions was 29.94%(53/177).Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the course of illness, educational level, and monthly family income between the occurrence group and the non occurrence group(all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that disease duration≥6 hours, educational level below high school, and monthly family income<4 000 yuan were independent risk factors for the occurrence of negative emotions in patients with myocardial infarction after PCI(all P<0.05).The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 7 days after surgery, and the incidence of negative emotions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Negative emotions are common in patients with myocardial infarction after PCI,and are related to the course of the disease, educational level, and monthly family income.Based on the above risk factors, constructing a risk model and developing nursing strategies are beneficial for improving patients'psychological state and preventing the occurrence of negative emotions.关键词
