Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the factors influencing the sleep quality of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Through computer searches of multiple databases at home and abroad,including the CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Information Chinese Journal Service Platform,Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,Web of Science,from the establishment of the database to the publication of domestic and foreign studies on the impact of sleep quality on DPN patients in May 2023,the main data and influencing factors were screened.Two evaluators conducted literature screening,data extraction,and quality evaluation according to the scoring criteria recommended by the US healthcare quality and research institutions.After that,Revman 5.4 program was used to conduct meta-analysis on the data.Results A total of 11 articles were screened out,and the top three with a high degree of correlation with the impact of sleep quality on DPN patients were the duration of diabetes≥5 years[OR=17.121,95%CI(9.582,30.589),P<0.001],pain[OR=8.834,95%CI(7.747,10.074),P<0.001]and body mass index(BMI)≥24 kg/m2[OR=6.675,95%CI(4.749,9.381),P=0.010].Conclusion Among DPN patients,the duration of diabetes≥5 years,pain,and BMI≥24 kg/m2 are three factors that affect their sleep quality.Effective interventions based on these factors can provide scientific basis for improving patients'sleep quality.关键词
