PICC置管中发生导管相关性血流感染的影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the influencing factors of catheter-related bloodstream infection(CRBSI)in peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 2595 patients who underwent PICC catheterization in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from December 2020 to November 2022.The incidence of CRBSI and its associated risk factors were analyzed.Results Among 2 595 patients with PICC catheterization,88 cases(3.39%)developed CRBSI,while the remaining 2 507 cases(96.61%)did not develop CRBSI.Univariate analysis showed that diabetes mellitus,catheter retention time,puncture times,age,serum albumin level,white blood cell count(WBC)and operator's seniority were all related to CRBSI in PICC catheterization patients(all P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age≥60 years old,catheter retention time>14 days,puncture times>3 times,combined diabetes,serum albumin level<30 g/L,and operator's seniority<5 years were the high risk factors for CRBSI in PICC catheterization patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of CRBSI in PICC catheterization patients is the result of multiple factors working together.Developing corresponding strategies for each factor can prevent the occurrence of CRBSI.关键词
