摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and value of using the PDCA cycle based on humanistic care in patients with painless gastroenteroscopy. Methods Eighty patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in the outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected for research and analysis.A simple random grouping method was used to divide the subjects into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received high-quality nursing, and the observation group adopted PDCA cycle based on humanistic care.Examination compliance, vital signs, examination related indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The inspection cooperation rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05).After the examination, the heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(R),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of both groups increased, but the values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences(all P<0.05).During the examination process, compared to the control group, the observation group had a lower dosage of anesthetic drugs, shorter examination time, and a lower overall incidence of resetting the mouth pad, correcting the position, and withdrawing the mirror(all P<0.05).The total incidence of nausea and vomiting, decreased blood pressure, slowed heart rate, and respiratory depression in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the PDCA cycle based on humanistic care for patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy can have a positive impact on improving cooperation, maintaining vital signs, optimizing examination related indicators, and controlling adverse reactions.关键词
