摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of APP follow-up combined with personalized whole-course nutrition management in elderly stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods A total of 146 discharged elderly stroke patients with dysphagia who were admitted to the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital between March 2021 and January 2023 were included in the study. They were assigned into an observation group and a control group using a random number table, with 73 cases in each group. The control group received routine out-of-hospital follow-up and nutrition intervention, while the observation group received APP follow-up combined with personalized whole-course nutrition management. All patients were intervened for 6 months. The nutritional status, neurological function, and swallowing function were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results At 6 months after discharge, the body mass index, serum total protein, albumin, and immunoglobulin G of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after discharge, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores of both groups were lower than those at discharge, and the Functional Oral Intake Scale scores were higher than at dlischarge. The above scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group in the corresponding time. The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower overall incidence of complications such as stroke-related pneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of APP follow-up combined with personalized whole-course nutrition management can significantly improve the nutritional status, neurological function, and swallowing function of elderly stroke patients with dysphagia after discharge, and effectively reduce the incidence of related complications.关键词
