Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality emergency rescue strategies based on crisis management concept in trauma patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 97 trauma patients admitted to Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023.Patients were divided into a control group(45 cases, admitted from May 2020 to September 2021 and receiving routine emergency management)and an observation group(52 cases, admitted from October 2021 to May 2023 and receiving high-quality emergency rescue strategies based on crisis management concept)according to the different intervention time. The success rate of first aid, emergency rescue time, incidence of complications, incidence of problem events, and changes in vital signs were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of first aid between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The pre-hospital emergency response time, diagnosis time, emergency to surgery time, and emergency to ward time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and problem events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 30 minutes of admission, the heart rate, respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the above indicators of both groups were lower than those at admission(all P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality emergency rescue strategies based on crisis management concept can improve the success rate of emergency rescue for trauma patients, shorten the emergency rescue time, reduce the incidence of complications and problem events, and help stabilize their vital signs.关键词
