目标管理理论干预对策在恶性肿瘤患者中央静脉导管相关血流感染预防中的意义
The significance of intervention strategies based on target management theory in the prevention of central line-associated bloodstream infection in patients with malignant tumors

Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of intervention strategies based on target management theory in preventing central line-associated bloodstream infection(CLABSI)in cancer patients.Methods A total of 110 cancer patients with central venous catheterization admitted to the Dezhou Second People's Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a study group(55 cases)and a control group(55 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine central venous catheterization nursing,while the study group received intervention strategies based on target management theory.The qualified rate of catheter prevention and control measures,CLABSI infection rate,catheter retention time,hospitalization time and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of catheter control measures such as maximum sterile barrier in the study group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The CLABSI infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the poor prognosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After comparing the catheter retention time and hospitalization time between groups,the study group had a shorter duration(both P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of interleukin-6 and other inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention strategies based on target management theory can standardize the behavior of medical staff in the implementation of catheter prevention and control measures,effectively reduce the occurrence of CLABSI in cancer patients,shorten the hospitalization time and catheter retention time of cancer patients,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.关键词
