Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of integrated healthcare nursing in patients undergoing continuous blood purification.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients who underwent continuous blood purification at Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(40 patients in each group)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received integrated healthcare nursing.The serum calcium and phosphorus levels,calcium-phosphorus product,and the levels of prealbumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb),and albumin(ALB)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The diagnosis and treatment compliance(medication management,regular dialysis,water and sodium intake,and dietary management)and the occurrence of complications(hypotension,hyperkalemia,and fistula occlusion)of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the levels of blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and calcium-phosphorus product in both groups decreased compared to before nursing and after 1 month of nursing.The levels of PA,Hb,and ALB in both groups increased compared to before nursing and after 1 month of nursing(all P<0.05),and after 1 month of nursing,they were all better than before nursing(all P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of nursing,the blood calcium,blood phosphorus levels,and calcium-phosphorus product of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time,while the levels of PA,Hb,and ALB were higher than those of the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).The compliance rate of diagnosis and treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated healthcare nursing can effectively reduce the levels of blood calcium and phosphorus in patients undergoing continuous blood purification,improve their nutritional level and diagnosis and treatment compliance,and reduce the incidence of complications such as fistula occlusion and hyperkalemia.关键词
