Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of psychological resilience support combined with sensory and motor rehabilitation training focused on head and eye movement in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 106 stroke patients with hemiplegia who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University(Shanghai Changzheng Hospital)from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and randomly assigned to an observation group(53 cases)and a control group(53 cases)using a random number table method.Both groups received rehabilitation intervention and psychological resilience support,while the observation group received sensory and motor rehabilitation training focused on head and eye movement.The Brunnstrom Scale,Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Functional Gait Assessment(FGA),and Sensory Organization Test(SOT)were used to evaluate the changes in limb function,self-care ability,walking ability,and balance function of the two groups of patients before and after 1 and 3 months of intervention,respectively.Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the upper and lower limb function scores,ADL score,FGA score,and SOT score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the same time(all P<0.05),and the scores of both groups were higher at the above time points compared with before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion While receiving rehabilitation intervention and psychological resilience support,actively carrying out sensory and motor rehabilitation training focused on head and eye movement can help promote the recovery and improvement of limb function,self-care ability,walking ability,and balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.关键词
