Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative education combined with quantitative assessment of grading nursing on the rehabilitation quality, stress index and complications of young and middle-aged patients with fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients with fracture who underwent surgical treatment at the Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing methods, and the observation group received preoperative education combined with quantitative assessment of grading nursing. The postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time and the first time of getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter or earlier than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).After comparing the scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, and cortisol levels between groups, the observation group showed better results than the control group at 1 day after surgery and 1 day before discharge.Within the group comparison, both groups showed better results at 1 day before discharge compared to 1 day before and after surgery, and the results at 1 day after surgery were better than those at 1 day before surgery, with statistical differences(all P<0.05).At 1 month and 2 months after surgery, the scores of the daily living ability scale and Functional Independence Measure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the above scores in both groups were higher than those at 1 day before surgery. At 2 months after surgery, the above scores of both groups were higher than 1 month after surgery, and the above comparisons had statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative education combined with quantitative assessment of grading nursing can improve the quality of life and functional independence of young and middle-aged fracture patients, accelerate their postoperative recovery, alleviate their negative psychological state and stress response, and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
