Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of empathy nursing combined with cognitive restructuring nursing in the nursing of lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients with lung cancer who underwent thoracoscopic lobiectomy treatment at Renji Hospital,Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,43 patients who received routine surgical nursing were the control group,and 43 patients who received empathy nursing combined with cognitive restructuring nursing were the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge,the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores of both groups were lower than those at admission,and the scores of self-efficacy and total score were higher than those at admission(all P<0.05).Moreover,the above scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall treatment compliance rate and a lower overall incidence of complications(both P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing combined with cognitive restructuring nursing can significantly eliminate negative psychology in lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy,improve their self-efficacy,enhance treatment compliance,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
