摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of structural psychological nursing on neurological function, negative emotion, and uncertainty in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with ischemic stroke in the recovery period admitted to the Eighth People's Hospital of Jinan from June 2020 to October 2022 were retrospectively collected and analyzed, and grouped according to different nursing methods. The control group(60 cases)received routine nursing, and the observation group(60 cases)received a combination of routine nursing and structural psychological nursing. The neurological function, negative emotion, disease uncertainty, bed rest and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention for 30 and 60 days, the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale, the Disease Uncertainty Scale, and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups were significantly reduced compared to before intervention. The observation group had lower scores than the control group at the same time, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter bed rest and hospitalization time(both P<0.05).Conclusion Structural psychological nursing can improve neurological function, negative emotion, and disease uncertainty in patients with ischemic stroke, and shorten bed rest and hospitalization time.关键词
