Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of whole-course high-quality nursing combined with a nursing model centered on neurological function recovery in patients with cerebrovascular disease undergoing interventional surgery.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated with interventional surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Patients in the control group(113 cases)received nursing centered on neurological function recovery,and patients in the observation group(87 cases)received whole-course high-quality nursing and nursing centered on neurological function recovery.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and Barthel Index scores were compared between the two groups before intervention,1 month and 3 months after intervention.The incidence of postoperative complications and the recovery effect at 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS scores of both groups decreased after 1 and 3 months of intervention compared to before intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the above time points(all P<0.05).The Barthel index of both groups increased after 1 and 3 months of intervention compared to before intervention(all P<0.05),and were higher in the observation group than in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).In the comparison of the total incidence of postoperative complications,it was found that it was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).At3 months after surgery,comparing the recovery effects of the two groups,it was found that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course high-quality nursing combined with a nursing model centered on neurological function recovery can help promote the recovery of patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention surgery,improve their neurological function and self-care ability,and have a positive impact on reducing the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
