Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of childlike psychological intervention combined with cluster nursing in outpatient intravenous infusion for children.Methods A total of 120 pediatric patients who received intravenous infusion under the routine intravenous infusion nursing mode at the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from September to October 2021 were selected as the control group.Another 120 pediatric patients who received intravenous infusion under the childlike psychological intervention and cluster nursing mode at the pediatric outpatient department of the same hospital from November to December 2021 were selected as the study group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared,including indicators such as the success rate of puncture.Results The total success rate of one puncture and overall compliance rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the total extravasation rate of infusion of the study group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group showed a decrease in mean arterial pressure and respiratory rate(both P<0.05)and a decrease in heart rate(P<0.05)at 10 minutes after successful puncture,and the above indicators in both groups were better than before implementation(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of childlike psychological intervention and cluster nursing can help improve the success rate of intravenous infusion puncture in outpatient children,enhance their treatment compliance,and have positive significance in reducing infusion extravasation rate and improving their stress response.关键词
