Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of incentive continuous nursing on cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its impact on patients'self-management behavior and negative psychological emotions.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the general data of 98 patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from June 2022 to May 2023.According to the differences in nursing methods,they were divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing,49 cases)and an observation group(receiving incentive continuous nursing,49 cases).The self-management behavior,negative psychological emotions,self-efficacy level,and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing,the scores of the self-management behavior survey scale,World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-100)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),while the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the above scores of both groups were better after 3 months of nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing incentive continuous nursing in cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can improve their self-management behavior and self-efficacy level,as well as improve their negative emotions and quality of life.关键词
