传染病突发公共卫生事件护士应急能力分层培训的效果评价
Evaluation of the effectiveness of hierarchical training for nurses'emergency response ability in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of hierarchical training for nurses'emergency response ability in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases.Methods A total of 151 nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University who were responsible for emergency rescue tasks in the isolation ward from March to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to a self-designed emergency training plan,they were stratified and allocated to 116 in the popular layer and 35 in the cadre layer.According to the training courses set at all levels,the emergency response ability training for infectious diseases and public health emergencies was carried out,and the theoretical and operational performance of nurses at different levels were assessed.Results Before training,the total scores of theoretical knowledge of nurses in the cadre layer were higher than those in the popular layer,and the total scores of wearing and taking off protective equipment,mouth/nasopharyngeal swab sampling and operation skills in the cadre layer were also higher than those in the popular layer(all P<0.05).After training,the total scores of emergency knowledge,basic theory,specialized nursing and theoretical knowledge of nurses in the cadre layer were higher than those in the popular layer,and the total scores of wearing and taking off protective equipment,mouth/nasopharyngeal swab sampling,emergency skills and operation skills in the cadre layer were also higher than those in the popular layer(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical training of emergency response ability is helpful to improve the ability of nurses to deal with public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases,but the daily training should be strengthened.关键词
