摘要
Abstract
To retrospectively analyze and summarize the clinical data and nursing methods of a patient with acute heart failure complicated with pulmonary embolism who underwent right lower extremity deep vein thrombosis filter implantation surgery.After interventions such as acute phase care for acute heart failure,stable phase care for acute heart failure,acute phase care for pulmonary embolism,pulmonary embolism care,postoperative care for filter implantation,narrative psychological care,and prevention of complications,the patient's lower limb swelling was significantly reduced,symptoms such as dyspnea and chest tightness were improved,and vital signs were stable,and the patient was discharged successfully.关键词
