基于"阳化气,阴成形"探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的病机与治疗
Exploration of the Pathogenesis and Treatment of Ovarian Endometriosis Cysts Based on the Theory of"Yang Transforming into Qi,While Yin Constituting Form"

Abstract
Ovarian endometriosis cysts(OEC)are a chronic,progressive,estrogen-dependent disease,characterized by a high incidence,high recurrence rate,and a trend of affecting younger populations.Based on the theoretical concept of"Yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form,"this paper proposes that the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis of OEC is rooted in a deficiency of Yang Qi,primarily attributed to Kidney Yang deficiency.This leads to an inability to warm and nourish the uterus and conception and thoroughfare vessels,weakening the Qi transformation function,causing menstrual blood flow disturbances,and resulting in blood stasis,which obstructs the uterus and forms this disease.The basic pathogenesis of OEC is insufficient"Yang transforming Qi"and excessive"Yin forming the shape."The core pathogenesis involves Kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis in the uterus,while cold accumulation in the Lesser Yin is a significant factor in recurrence.The treatment principle involves warming Yang and resolving stasis,eliminating latent cold,tonifying Kidney Yang to treat the root cause,invigorating blood circulation to treat the symptoms,and expelling cold to prevent recurrence.This approach provides a TCM treatment strategy for OEC.关键词
