Theoretical and Practical Exploration of Professor Yu Tao's"Regulating Yin and Yang"Acupuncture Method for Treating Post-Stroke Limb Dysfunction
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke patients often experience limb and other motor function impairments.Based on the theories from"Miraculous Pivot·Needle the Real Pathogen"and related traditional Chinese medicine principles,and integrating modern rehabilitation theories,Professor Yu Tao addresses this condition,which arises from the condition under which the patient has blood deficiency,and then he gets internal or external stimulation,resulting in imbalance between yin and yang.After that,the patient develops meridian sinew obstruction and qi and blood disharmony,resulting in limb contraction and limited extension.Professor Yu has proposed the acupuncture method of"Regulating Yin and Yang".According to the Brunnstrom staging,acupuncture treatment is tailored based on meridian differentiation and treatment,utilizing various acupuncture techniques.This treatment has shown definite clinical efficacy,significantly improving limb muscle strength and preventing muscle hypertonia.It can be applied in the fields of neurology and motor rehabilitation.This paper aims to share these findings with colleagues to assist in clinical practice.关键词
